A reservation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us. Quotes displayed on this website are estimates based on the details you provide; the confirmed rate is stated in your confirmation.

Terms of Service
The agreement that applies to every Falcon Rides reservation.
Pricing and payment
Rates are all-inclusive of base fare, tolls, parking and meet-and-greet fees unless stated otherwise. Gratuity is discretionary. Additional stops, extended wait time, excess luggage and cleaning beyond normal use may incur additional charges.
Wait time
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights, measured from actual landing. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 4 hours before pickup for a full refund on single-vehicle reservations. Group bookings of three or more vehicles, weddings and events require 48 hours' notice. No-shows are charged in full.
Passenger conduct
Seat belts must be worn at all times. Smoking, vaping and illegal substances are prohibited. Chauffeurs may end a trip without refund where passenger conduct is unsafe or unlawful. Passengers are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused during a trip.
Child passengers
Florida law requires appropriate restraints for young children. Car seats are available on request; if you decline them, you accept responsibility for compliance.
Delays and liability
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical failure, acts of government or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or for missed flights or sailings resulting from such delays. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip.
Lost items
Items left in a vehicle are held for 30 days. We will arrange return shipping at your expense but cannot guarantee recovery.
