How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 24–48 hours for airport and cruise transfers, and one week for weddings, VIP or group travel. Same-day requests are often possible — call us and we will confirm availability immediately.

Do you track my flight?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every MCO pickup is monitored against live flight data. If your flight is early or delayed, your chauffeur's arrival is adjusted automatically at no extra cost.

How much wait time is included?

Accepted Answer

Domestic arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time and international arrivals include 90 minutes, measured from actual touchdown.

Are child car seats available?

Accepted Answer

Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request and installed before pickup. Please add the ages of your children when you book.

Is gratuity included in the quote?

Accepted Answer

Your estimate includes base fare, tolls and meet-and-greet fees. Gratuity is left to your discretion and can be added at checkout or given directly to your chauffeur.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel at least 4 hours before pickup for a full refund on sedans, SUVs and vans. Group bookings of three or more vehicles require 48 hours' notice.

Do you serve areas outside Orlando?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Daytona, Tampa, Clearwater, Sanford, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista, Celebration, Winter Park and Miami on request.
