We collect only what is needed to get you where you are going, and we protect it.
When you request a quote or book a ride we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, party size, luggage count, flight number when provided, and any special requests such as child seats. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
We use your information to prepare quotes, confirm and dispatch reservations, track flights, contact you about your ride by email, SMS or WhatsApp, process payments, and respond to service issues. With your consent we may send occasional offers, which you can opt out of at any time.
We share only what is necessary to deliver your ride: your chauffeur receives your name, contact number, pickup details and special requests. Payment processors, mapping providers and messaging providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell personal information.
Reservation and billing records are retained as required for tax and insurance purposes. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time and still receive transactional messages about active bookings.
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable third-party processors. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data at every step.
